These are the same exact size replacement Brass Inserts Part #16585-96. These inserts are used for Harley-Davidson touring bikes with Batwing fairings starting from 1996 Fairing screws. The factory pressed-in inserts pulling out or spinning is not an uncommon occurrence. On the 2012-2016 year models there are several used internally for brackets and various applications.
